About Mitria
The operating system for political campaigns — built for the races that actually shape daily life.
Most campaign technology was built for presidential races and handed down to everyone else. The result is tooling that assumes large staffs, six-figure budgets, and dedicated IT support. Local campaigns — the ones that decide zoning, public safety, transit, and housing — get none of that. They run on personal phones, scattered spreadsheets, and manual triage.
Mitria exists because that gap is a solvable problem. The platform unifies every communication channel — SMS, email, social DMs, website forms — into a single inbound queue. Each message is automatically classified, prioritized, and paired with a suggested response. Voter sentiment is extracted in real time. Volunteers are onboarded and retained without manual follow-up. Field data syncs back to your CRM the moment it is collected.
The goal is not to add another dashboard to a campaign manager's screen. It is to make the operational work of running a campaign — responding, triaging, deciding who to contact next — happen faster and with better information than was previously possible at this scale.
What the platform does
Unified inbound triage
Every text, DM, email, and form submission flows into one queue. Each message is auto-classified — voter persuasion, volunteer, donor, press, opt-out, compliance risk — so your team knows exactly what needs attention.
Intelligent response
For each inbound message, Mitria generates a recommended reply with reasoning and confidence. Your team approves, edits, or escalates. Faster responses, always on-message.
Voter intelligence
Every conversation becomes structured signal — top issues, sentiment, neighborhood clusters, objections, enthusiasm levels. Surfaced as actionable insight, not raw data.
Volunteer lifecycle
When someone says "I want to help," the platform immediately asks what they want to do, offers shifts, sends reminders, follows up on no-shows, and nudges them toward a second shift.
Field data sync
After canvassing or phone banking, messy notes are automatically turned into CRM updates — supporter scores, issue tags, follow-ups, address corrections.
Compliance guardrails
Opt-out detection, unsafe reply blocking, press and threat escalation, approval workflows for high-risk message classes. Built in, not bolted on.
Current status
Mitria is in closed beta for the 2026 election cycle, focused on city council races. The platform integrates with your existing CRM or works with plain spreadsheets. If you are running a local campaign and want to see what this looks like in practice, we would like to hear from you.
